The dissertation is devoted to substantiation of new theoretical positions on perfection of protection of the rights of from violations and encroachments of public authorities and preparation of offers on perfection of the corresponding regulatory legal acts. Section 1 is devoted perfection general theoretical provisions on the protection of the rights of economic entities from violations and encroachments of public authorities analyses the doctrinal and regulatory principles of protection of the rights of economic entities in relations with public authorities. The list of signs of protection of the rights of economic entities from Тhe scientific approach to understanding the protection of economic entities from violations and encroachments of public authorities.
