Essay

This work reveals the problem of the lack of standard, non-destructive methods of diagnostics of powerful electrovacuum devices microwave devices aimed at regeneration. Dissertation research is devoted to solving the scientific and technical problem of the lack of non-destructive methods of diagnostics of UHF microwave devices aimed at regeneration. To diagnose the internal state of devices that failed for their suitability for regeneration, it is important to prevent technological operations of disassembly for the purpose of visual control. Especially relevant is the automation of such diagnostics methods at the initial technological stages of mass recycling and regeneration of such devices. Such automation will eliminate unskilled manual labor at the stage of sifting out devices that can not be regenerated and must be recycled. It is obvious that without making the necessary structural changes in the microwave devices themselves such automation is impossible. However, the nature of such changes determines the specifics of the chosen methodology of diagnosing such devices.
