Essay

The object of research is the processes of treatment of liquids by strong pulsed electric fields and high-voltage discharges. The subject of research is the processes of development of discharges in gas bubbles at disinfecting processing and water purification by such discharges and processes of formation of strong pulsed electric fields in working chambers at disinfecting processing of milk and whey. The research was performed with help of fundamental principles of technique of strong pulsed electric and magnetic fields, high-voltage technique, theoretical electrical engineering, mathematical physics, numerical methods of analysis, modern information technologies and methods of fast transient processes measuring. We have solved the scientific and practical problem of liquid treatment by high ‒ voltage discharges in gas bubbles in water and by strong pulsed electric fields is in the dissertation work.
