The paper comprehensively examines the administrative and legal regulation of industrial waste management. Within the object and subject of the research the system of administrative and legal regulation of relations in the field of industrial waste management is revealed, the main problems of normative and legal regulation are revealed and the ways of their solution are offered. The dissertation attempts to analyze the theoretical and legal approaches and the current state of legal regulation of industrial waste management, in particular, analyzes the legislative definition of the category "industrial waste", their features and characteristics. The current state of administrative and legal regulation of industrial waste management, as well as doctrinal provisions relating to this issue, their methods and measures are analyzed in detail. As a result, the author's definition of the concept of «administrative and legal regulation of industrial waste management» is formulated as an interconnected system of ways of influencing administrative law on public relations in the field of industrial waste management, namely the relationship of proper collection, transportation, sorting, use, storage, processing (processing), utilization of any substances, materials, objects which are formed in the course of manufacture of production (goods), in agriculture, the industry, performance of works or rendering of services which has no possibility of the further use in technological processes sub waste-generating entities are not transferred as goods or raw materials to other persons and which their owner disposes of, intends or must dispose of by disposal or disposal, which are used by authorized officials of public authorities in the process of government activities t o meet the interests of society.
