Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the physical and mathematical analysis of the structural condition process in welded low-carbon and low-alloy steel under different welding conditions. In the course of the investigation the peculiarities of structural condition morphology of low-carbon and low-alloy steel under different welding conditions were identified. The interaction between the structural condition assessment of low-carbon low-alloy steel and technological parameters of welding conditions was deteсted. The dependence of welding technological parameters on structural condition assessment of low-carbon low-alloy steel was determined and analyzed. The mathematical models of interelation between welding technological parameters and structural condition assessment of low-carbon low-alloy steel was found and analyzed. Based on the results obtained the mathematical simulation algorithm was suggested.
