Sorochan D. Administrative and Legal Principles of the Activities of the National Police on Preventing and Combating Bullying in Ukraine

The dissertation research is focused on the problem of administrative and legal principles of the activities of the National Police on preventing and combating bullying in Ukraine. The author of the work has accomplished theoretical generalization and the latest ways to solve the scientific problem, which is to develop administrative legislation in terms of implementing the activities of the National Police of Ukraine to prevent and combat bullying in Ukraine, as well as to determine specific features of cases on administrative offenses related to bullying of the participants in educational process. The author has formulated own definition of administrative and legal principles of the activities of the National Police on preventing and combating bullying. It has been emphasized that their specificity and differences are due to the special status of the National Police among other central executive agencies, in particular by empowering it to apply preventive and coercive police measures, as well as the division of competences between different subdivisions (juvenile prevention, district police officers) in the specified area.
