Komziuk A. Administrative and legal bases of interaction of national police with the public

The dissertation offers a theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem, which is to determine the administrative and legal basis for the interaction of the National Police with the public and ways to improve them. The socio-legal and historical preconditions of interaction of the National Police (militia) with the public are established, it is emphasized that the stages of historical development of interaction of the police (militia) with the public should be considered from the standpoint of modern understanding of periods of state and law. It is concluded that in the historical development of the interaction of the police (militia) with the public it is expedient to conditionally distinguish three stages: pre-Soviet, Soviet and the times of Ukrainian independence. Examples of normative provision of such interaction and use of its concrete forms in the specified periods are given.
