Mishyna K. Methodology for investigating murders committed by convicts in places of deprivation of liberty

In the dissertation, on the basis of theoretical generalization and analysis of the empirical base, a separate forensic technique was developed for the investigation of murders committed by convicts in places of imprisonment.The structure and content of the forensic characteristics of this type of murder (methods and traces of the crime, the face of the criminal, the weapon, the situation of the crime) are proposed. It is noted that a special place in this system is occupied by information about the personality of the offender, which is due to the stay of such a person in places of confinement, and the need to analyze not only standard socio-demographic and moral-psychological data about these persons, but also the circumstances conducive to the commission. most violent crimes are characteristic only of criminal offenses in correctional institutions.
