Chobit I. Historical experience of emergence and functioning of civil-military cooperation structures (second half of the 20 th beginning of the 21 st centuries)

The research, based on a wide range of sources and scientific literature, provides a comprehensive study of the experience of the emergence and functioning of the civil-military cooperation structures in the second half of the 20 th – at the beginning of the 21 st centuries was carried out for the first time. The scientific investigation is aimed, firstly, to explore origins of the civil-military cooperation, the history of its emergence and functioning, secondly (as a derivative of the first) to analyze the evolution of the very structure of the civil-military cooperation, the tasks assigned to it and new approaches in employment of the civil-military cooperation structures during the conflicts of the second half of the 20 th at the beginning of the 21 st centuries. The dissertation research is based on both national as well as Western sources.
