Mironova K. Protection of rights to well-known trademarks.

The dissertation is a research study on a comprehensive study of the legal protection of commonly known trademarks (trademarks) as an object of intellectual property, according to national and international legislation in the field of intellectual property law. Special attention is paid to the historical, economic and legal grounds for the formation of such an object of intellectual property as a trademark. It is important to note that both in the legislation of countries around the world, and in the scientific literature to define this legal definition are used certain terms: «trademark», «product label», «mark for goods and services». However, despite the opposing views in the scientific community, there is no particular difference in the above definitions. Accordingly, in this paper the terms «trademark» and «product label» will be used as synonyms.
