Kopytsia M. Legal foundations of public administration of farms in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to a comprehensive and thorough study of the public administration of farms in Ukraine and the development of conceptual ways of further development of this area. In the dissertation, for the first time in the Ukrainian doctrine of agrarian law, a theoretical conclusion has been made that in the Ukrainian doctrine of agrarian law, the concept of "public administration of farms" should be considered as a new agrarian-legal category in combination with such legal categories commonly used in agrarian-legal science and legislation, as "state regulation of agrarian legal relations" and "state management in the field of agriculture" in their systemic and structural connection with other elements of agrarian law of Ukraine.
