Dissertation for obtaining the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in specialty 081 – Law. – National Academy of Internal Affairs, Kyiv, 2023. The dissertation is one of the first comprehensive studies of theoretical and practical issues in domestic legal science that determine the methodological principles of investigating interference in the activities of a defense attorney or a person's representative, taking into account the current state of legislation and law enforcement practice. The work formulates and substantiates a number of new provisions and conclusions that are important for forensic science, investigative and judicial practice. The problems highlighted in the study and the proposed proposals for their elimination are the basis for the further development of the forensic methodology of investigation of interference in the activity of the defender or representative of the person, the possible improvement of its provisions, as well as the implementation of the formulated recommendations in the practical activity of the authorized subjects of the investigation. In addition, the results of the study can serve as a basis for future studies of procedural, criminal law, criminological and criminological aspects of detection, documentation and investigation of interference in the activities of a defense attorney or a person's representative. Attention is drawn to the fact that the indicated problems have not found their proper reflection at the level of scientific development, which is also observed in the practical activity of the effectiveness of the investigation of these types of criminal offenses.
