Yakunin M. Justification of rational parameters and load modes of pneumatic tires of wheeled agricultural tractors.

The dissertation is dedicated to the solution of the scientific and practical problem of increasing the efficiency and environmental safety of the drives of the wheeled tractors being created due to the justified choice of pneumatic tire sizes and schematic solutions of wheel systems. The task is implemented on the example of the newly created design of the integral tractor KhTZ-160U. The aim of the dissertation is to increase the efficiency of the KhTZ-160U wheeled tractor in traction agricultural operations by equipping it with scientifically based tractor tire sizes. The object of the study is the process of interaction of pneumatic tires and wheel systems of the KhTZ-160U tractor with the support surface during agricultural operations. The subject of the study is the influence of the parameters and load modes of tractor pneumatic tires and schematic solutions of wheel systems on the efficiency of the technological processes of the machine-tractor unit based on the KhTZ-160U tractor. The relevance of the dissertation research is due to the need to increase the efficiency of wheeled agricultural tractors when performing tillage technological processes of agricultural production while simultaneously ensuring environmental safety and leveling the negative compacting effect on the soil in order to preserve its fertility. In Ukraine, as in most countries of the world, the running systems of wheeled tractors must meet the requirements of state standards regarding the norms of action on the soil of mobile agricultural machinery. Therefore, the improvement and development of new methods that will allow simultaneously improving the efficiency and environmental safety of wheeled tractors at the stage of designing new or modernization of existing designs of wheeled tractors is an urgent scientific and practical task.
