Essay

The purpose of the dissertation is to develop an information technology to solve the problem of automation and increase the efficiency of the process of forming adaptive teams for the implementation of IT projects. To achieve this goal, a generalized body of knowledge on the formation of teams for the implementation of IT projects has been developed, which is distinguished by its structure and a generalized process flowchart that allows you to choose or form approaches to the formation of adaptive IT teams. The modern methods of forming IT teams, including competencies, cross-functional teams, Agile methodology, and others that provide flexibility and adaptability in the selection of candidates, are investigated. The role of modern IT solutions in the recruitment process is analyzed. Considerable emphasis is placed on the role of information technology in the recruitment process, which simplifies and automates the selection of candidates. For the first time, a method of forming adaptive teams for IT projects has been developed, which is characterized by the automation of resource-intensive processes inherent in traditional approaches to team building, which allows improving the quality of this process, and the process of automating the evaluation of candidates, according to soft and hard scales, taking into account the requirements of the IT project and aiming to maximize the effectiveness of the team to implement this IT project. The options for solving the automation problem are explored. The solution for integrating modern data analysis tools in the context of using weighting methods and expert opinions for automated analysis and forecasting of team performance based on candidate data and project challenges was further developed. The method of processing candidates' resumes was improved using the developed information technology. For the first time, an information technology has been developed to automate the selection of candidates and the formation of teams for the implementation of IT projects. With the help of the proposed methods and information technology, the real tasks of the team formation process for the implementation of IT projects were solved. The application of the proposed method and information technology during the hackathon showed that the average total score of the teams formed using our proposed information technology is 384 points with a standard deviation of 8.77, while for teams formed in the traditional way it is 360 points with a standard deviation of 19.3. In an experiment on the use of modules for forming teams of 1st year Bachelor's degree students based on the discipline "Group Dynamics and Communications" to implement an IT project to create "Digital Educational Resources" at the Faculty of Information Technology of 7 the National University of Life Sciences and Environmental Engineering of Ukraine, the results showed that with each additional point of the total team score, the average score per student increases by about 0.074 points. The model has a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.655, which indicates that approximately 65.5% of the variation in GPAs can be explained by changes in the team's overall score. A P-value of less than 0.001 indicates statistical significance of these results. There is a strong positive relationship between the variables, with a correlation coefficient of 0.809 and a p-value of less than 0.001. The results of the study were implemented at the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine (NULES). The implementation act is presented in Appendix A. With the help of the developed methods and information technology, it is possible to more effectively form students into groups for the implementation of IT projects.
