Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the creation of a controlled electromagnetic drive of vibrating machines with a variable resonance frequency for the formation of high-quality concrete products. A dynamic model of processes in a vibrating machine for compaction of concrete mixtures with an electromagnetic drive and a variable resonant frequency has been developed. Electromagnetic, electromechanical, mechanical and energy processes in a resonant vibration system containing a frequency and amplitude controlled electromagnetic drive and a controlled dynamic vibration damper, which operates in the mode of sequential vibration at different frequencies, were investigated. The structure of the automatic control system of the electromagnetic drive of the vibrating machine with a controlled dynamic vibration damper, which ensures its high energy efficiency in transient modes, is defined. Simulation of the dynamics of the automatic control system of the vibrating machine with a variable resonance frequency at different forms of the power supply voltage of the electromagnetic drive was carried out, and experimental studies were conducted that confirmed the obtained theoretical results.
