Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the synthesis and study of the properties of new chiral hybrid organic-inorganic perovskites based on α-amino acids - alanine, proline and histidine. The crystal structure of the obtained compounds, their thermal stability, optical and photoluminescent properties were investigated. In addition, on the basis of the obtained hybrid perovskites, a prototype photodetector was created that can detect light in the entire visible range. The first chapter presents a literature review that structures the general information on hybrid organic-inorganic perovskites, including chiral hybrid perovskites. It discusses the different structural types of these compounds, the patterns of formation of hybrid perovskites, and their optical and electrical properties. Particular attention is paid to the use of these materials in visible light photodetectors and elliptical polarization light detectors. Methods for the synthesis of chiral hybrid perovskites and their inherent properties are also discussed.
