Rudiak I. Framework of Anti-Crisis Public Administration in Ukraine

The dissertation provides a scientific justification of the theoretical and methodological principles and reveals practical recommendations for solving the current problems of the formation and development of anti-crisis public administration in Ukraine. The paradigmatic features of determining the content and essence of public administration in Ukraine are revealed. The institution of public administration in Ukraine is characterized through the prism of pseudo-sustainability. Anti-crisis public administration is defined as the newest form of implementation of public-power management functions in Ukraine. The regulatory principles of anti-crisis public administration in Ukraine are characterized. An object-subject characteristic of anti-crisis public administration in Ukraine is given. The principles of anti-crisis public administration in Ukraine are defined. The content and essence of anti-crisis public administration tools in Ukraine are revealed. Directions for improving the effectiveness of the mechanisms of anti-crisis public administration in Ukraine are proposed.
