Dragomeretskyy M. Interbranches institutes of law in legal development

The dissertation contains the results of a comprehensive general theoretical study of the concept, of interbranches institutes of law and establishing their role in legal development. The research material summarizes the analysis of scientific works related to the specified problem, normative legal acts, international legal treaties, legal practice, statistical and analytical information. The work emphasizes that law responds to modern challenges of society by proportionally complicating its structure and developing methods of regulating newly formed social relations. Thus, the existing legal norms can be both modernized within the framework of the classical structure of law (within the already formed and existing institutions and branches of law), and, if necessary, new entities can be formed that will ensure the complexity and integrity of the legal regulation of social relations (for example, interbranches institutes of law). The theoretical and legal foundations and research methodology of interbranches institutes of law in modern law are clarified. The research was based on classical and non-classical principles of legal science, in particular: historicism, objectivity, pluralism and interdisciplinarity. Based on these principles, the following methodological approaches were used to reveal the nature of interbranches institutes of law: hermeneutic, institutional, systemic, functional, and synergistic.
