Volovyk S. Administrative and legal principles of the IP-court as a subject of state policy in the field of intellectual property in Ukraine

The author suggests ways to improve the national legislation governing the activities of the IP-court. It is characterized that the development of public relations in the field of intellectual property today is quite dynamic, and therefore quite often there are issues that need to be resolved in a jurisdictional manner. There are two areas of improvement of intellectual property in Ukraine, the first is the improvement of existing regulations governing the implementation of state policy in the field of intellectual property, and the second — ways to improve the administrative and legal regulation of IP courts. A number of innovative changes have been proposed to regulate the IP court in order to improve the investment climate for business, changes in the market landscape for the provision of intellectual property services, significantly raising standards of protection of rights and legitimate interests in intellectual property.
