The epidemiological inspection had fixed the prevalence of paradontal deseases attached to Impaired Glucose Tolerance (IGT). The functional state of paradontal tissues had been deep trained by methods of reography, biomicroscopy, determination of capilar steadiness to vacuum, echoosteometry on different heaviness degrees of paradontal deseases. The initial ultrastructural ultravasculature changes in clinically healthy periodont in persons with IGT had been fixed also passing ahead in point of clinical manifestations with progressing of paradontal desease. The developed schemes of complex treatment of gingivitis and generalized paradontitis with the local phonophoresis of calcium pantothenas and lipoic acid had permitted to receive better cure results and more stable remission of paradontal deseases attached to IGT.
