Essay

The clinical, rhoentgenological, immunological and morfological examinations in 213 children (3-15 years) have conducted. Peculiarities of clinical tendecy and structural changes in gum under gingivitis in depending from nosological form of chronic diseases of digestion organs have detected. There are created the mathematical models of relations between the degree of gravity of inflammation process in gum and changes of system and specific secretory immunity of oral cavity at this contingent of patients. The package of treatment and prophylactic measures was proposed for these children. Application of this measures decreased the thermins of treatment of gingivitis. The long-termed remission was reached.
