Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of clinical and functional signs of residual myocardial ischemia after PTCA in patients with stable angina pectoris depending on completeness of revascularization and histery of myocardial infarction. It was found that incomplete revascularization better eliminates anginal pain than ECG-signs of myocardial ischemia by bicycle ergometry; importance of anatomic complete revascularization of region of postinfarction cardiosclerosis and positive influence on total ischemic burden despite of the incomplete revascularization. The field of application is practical cardiology. The results of the study have been implemented into work of clinical departments.
