Essay

The subject of the thesis is the clinicopathogenic grounds of applying cellulose phosphate calcic form in complex therapy of patients with acute and chronic purulent media otitis. Before applying, sorption characteristics of cellulose phosphate preparation were provoked by means of physical and chemical treatment improved by us. Complex therapy including draining the external acoustic passage by turundae with cellulose phosphate calcic form caused stopping otic discharge, abating pain in the ear as well as other clinical symptoms. Audition has been completely recovered. According to exudation cytogram, NBT-test, and electrothermometry indices, inflammation on the skin of the papilliform process was abating more rapidly in comparison with drainig by medical gauze.
