The thesis is devoted to an theoretical and experimental justification of deriving from slimes of neutralizing of etching solutions of a mineral powder for production tarpolymerconcret. The methods of studies: calorimetric (microcalorimeter DAK-1-1A), electronical-microscopic (scanning microscop ISI-60A), infrared spectroscopy (two-beam spectrophotometer "Perkin Elmer 180"), derivatographical (derivatograph by system by Paulyc-Paulyc). The laws of formation of the boundary layers in the tarpolyvinylchloride binder substance structured by the activated polymercontaining production waste of epoxy resins mineral powder from slime of neutralization.
