Essay

150 patients with Duodenal Ulcer and 117 healthy persons underwent the complex clinicogenetical examination. The antigens О(І), Rh(-), MN, P(+), Le(a-b+), phenotype Нр 2-2, were diagnosed in patients significantly more frequently in patients in comparison with healthy persons. The threecomponent combinations associated with the enhanced risk (in 1,6-2,7 times) of the DU development were determined. The high ectomorphous points associated with the aggravated heredity were observed significantly more frequently in patients with DU in comparison with the healthy persons.
