In this study the non-psychotic mental disorders gallbladder patients by means of clinical, clinic-psychopathological, experimental-psychological, social-hygienic, demographic methods were revealed. Analysis of factors influencing upon the development and sharping these disturbances was conducted, diagnostic criterion's of the non-psychotic mental disorders among this contingent of sick were described. The complex of organizing, diagnostic and correction measures account the data of system analysis non-psychotic mental disorders beside the given category of patients on the base an pathogenic motivated, differentiating approach was work out.
