The dissertation investigates Pontryagin dynamical systems (Pontryagin d. s.) and associated bundles. The new approach is suggested to analyze Pontryagin d. s.. It is connected with the research of a location of closed disks on the plane and of simple closed curves on a 2-dimensional manifold.Pontryagin d. s. which phase spaces are imbeddedinto a 2-manifold have been studied. The necessary conditions for phase space of Pontryagin d. s. to be imbedded into 2-manifold are obtained.
