Kvasha O. Organizer of a crime (criminal law and criminological research work)

The thesis is devoted to the criminally - law research of activity of the orhaniger of crime and criminoloqical characteristics of his personality. Having analysed the leqislative acts of existing scienbific works devoted to the qiven problem the author proposes the new determination of the nation "the orqanizer of crime." While working at the work it was determined that orqanizer is characterized by characteristics inherented in criminal and characteristics which determined his organising role in the crime. Some propositions for improving of criminal leqislation in the part of regulation of institute of collaboration are suggested in the given scientific work.
