Gavryk S. Genuine contents, sensitivity to antibiotics and some immune-suppressive properties of staphylococci causing intrahospital infections.

Object of research: 375 strains of bacteria insulated from 209 patients with intrahospiral infections. Purpose of research: Perfecting of diagnostic and definition of the specific characteristic of staphylococci, isolated from patients with intrahospiral infections and creation the way of treatment of intrahospiral infections of staphylococcal aetiology. Method of research and equipment: microbiological, immunological. Theoretical and practical outcomes: Immune suppressive action of staphylococci that cause intrahospiral infections on cell immunity is established. The method of staphylococci genuine identification is modified. Scientific novelty: therapeutic efficiency of unguentum "Batumin" and dimexide combination in treatment of postoperative complications is studied. Degree of introduction: the materials of thesis are used in pedagogical process of three medical higher educational institutions of Ukraine.
