Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the diastolic function of the left ventricle in patients with heart ischemia and arterial hyperpiesis depending on whether they show clinical signs of heart failure. The thesis also considers the possibility of the correction of diastolic disfunction by means of angiotensintransforming ferment (ATF) suppressant enalapril, calcium phelodipin antagonist and beta-athenolol. The field of application is practical cardiology. The results of the study have been implemented into practical work of the clinical hospitals.
