The 122 patients with the chronical glomerulonephritis (95 of them with preserved renal function and 27 patients with the chronic renal failure I - II stages) were observed. It was described the typical hemodynamic changes on the different stages of chronic glomerulonephritis. It was performed the analysis of the left ventricle structure and function on the anhypertensive, hypertensive and renal failure stages of chronic glomerulonephritis. It was shown the specifies effects of the ACE inhibitor enalapril and calcium channel blocker amlodipin on the hemodynamic patterns and left ventricular structure changes. The field of application is practical cardiology. The results of the study have been implemented into practical work of the clinical.
