Antioxidants on the calves. Efficiency of the use of antioxidants anfen and fenosan as the substitutes for unskimmed milk on calf growing and metabolism was studying. Investigation methods is based on farm, laboratory and physiological experiments. The efficiency of different doses of anfene and fenosane in unskimmed milk substitute (UMS) and it influence an growth, digestibility, nitrogen. The dynamics of bone, beef and pork fats quality parameters during 6 month storage was studied according to fenosane adding terms. Using of the anfene and fenosane in calves feeding increases additionally in 13.6-21.7% of live weight gain and decrease food consumption per 1 kg of body gain up to 14,9-16,4%. Foodstuff additives protected by Ukraine and Russia patents. Economic effect of fenosane use is 9,46 grn and anfene - 10.82 grn per 1 head during 3-month growing. Feeding of agricultural animals.
