The crucial elements of integrating the finance in the European Union are the core of Dissertation. Analysis of theoretical foundations of financial integration, their practical importance for particular members of EU, and its pecularities for for the countries of Central and Eastern Europe proves that consolidation economic, fiscal and monetary policies of European countries synchronizes business cycles between these countries and fosters the economic growth within EU. Dissertation contains the analysis of advantages and burdens of EU-Ukraine co-operation in the sphere of financial integration.
