The dissertation is devoted to the development of the conceptual approaches to analysis of the world economy global industrial infrastructure which is a result of hastening the economic internationalization process under the influence of scientific and technical revolution, to the forming of international industrial complexes. Their stable functioning is impossible without adequate servicing system i.e. a complex of branches providing the movement of production factors, the results of production and other industrial services in planetary scales. Industrial infrastructure is functioning as a leading element of the world economic system which connects the subjects of economic relations within national economies as well as in the international level. Research of mechanism of realization of world economy global productive infrastructure was conducted through the analysis of the functions of principal elements as a transport system, world power economy, information and communication networks, which are the base industries in providing of vital functioning of national economies, regional economic alliances and international reproductive process. It was indicated that using of scientific and technical revolution' advantages hastens activation the branch complex of global industrial infrastructure, which appeared as a structural element of information economy is a result and condition its successful functioning as well as a level and factor of economic growth.The econometric models of estimation the state of transport component and power economy, model of exponential growth of information and communication networks, level of openness of economy in the context of global industrial infrastructure functions have been developed. The models could be used for determination of the potential of integration of the national infrastructural complexes into a global economic environment.
