Object of research: integration processes in the world market of metal. The purpose of dissertational work is the deepening of theoretical positions, development of methodical bases and practical recommendations concerning formation of organizational - economic conditions of perfection of inclusion of Ukraine in worldthe market of metal. Methods of research: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge, methods of theoretical generalization, the system analysis, synthesis, methods of the statistical and mathematical analysis, a method of the comparative analysis. Theoretical results: will consist in a deepening of existing theoretical positions and development of scientific - practical recommendations on perfection of integration of Ukraine in the world market of metal. Practical results: consist in development of scientific - practical positions and recommendations on perfection of inclusion of Ukraine in the world market of metal in conditions of the international competition in the metal markets. Scientific novelty: for the first time perspective forms of vertical and horizontal integration of Ukraine in the world market of metal are determined, priority directions of vertical and horizontal integration of Ukraine in the world market of metal are proved; definition of concept "economic integration" is advanced; have received the further development revealing of laws and features of development of the world market of metal at the present stage; the mechanism of integration of Ukraine in the world metal market to means of development of the mechanism of the state support of integration into the world market of metal. Degree of introduction: results of research are used by Open Society "Ukrpodshipnik", Joint-Stock Company "Minimetallurgical Paut "ISTIL (Ukraine)" (Donetsk), Open Society "Donetsk Metal Works", Open Society "Kremenchug Steel Enterprise", and also in educational process of Donetsk National University.
