The following elaborations are suggested as the results of clinical and experimental researches which are directed on the improvement of the quality of false tooth's: classification of correlation of the alveolar appendix of the toothless jaws and the types of the lenth of lips; normative test-criteria of functional samples; equipment and way of the plastic polymerization. The basis alveolar effect is investigated for the first time in the orthopedic stomatology.
