The thesis is dedicated to a study of the peculiarities of lesions of the gastroduodenal and hepatobiliary systems in patients with OA. Their connection with the form, the stage of the primary disease and secretory function of stomach and gall- bladder was found. The increase of products of peroxide oxida- tion of lipids and the relaxation of the activity of glutathyon an- tioxidant system were revealed in the blood, what was accompa- ned by the increase of the concentration of syalic acids.
