TELEGIN D. Epidemiological, clinical and immunological peculiarities of hepatitis Delta in western region of Ukraine.

Object of research: 932 patients with НВV-infection and 94 patients with hepatitis delta. The purpose of research: an estimation of frequency, immunological pathogenesis, clinical current hepatitis delta; improvement of diagnostics, methods of an estimation of weight of current and preventive maintenance hepatitis delta. Methods of research: ELISA, PCR, reaction stimulation of N-rosette reaction, Ag-rosette reaction, biochemical researches. The frequency hepatitis delta at the patients with different replicative activity HBV in western region of Ukraine was investigated. The indications for inspection on HDVAb are developed. It is offered pathogenetic substantiation of features of current illness. The method of study immunological reactivity is developed, the data on development of lymphocytes sensibilization to antigenes of viruses was got. Simultaneous HBV and HDV replication in hepatitis delta is accompanied by most severe significant infringements in subpopula-tive lymphocytes structure.Area of use : infectious, therapeutic clinics.
