Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problem of use of echocardiography and radionuclide renangiography for assessment of functional condition of cardiovascular system and kidneys of the children ill with glomerulonephritis at different stages of treatment. It was shown that at all stages of treatment of children's acute and chronic glomerulonephritis hemodynamic disturbances are determined in the form of increase of the heart left ventricle cavity, disturbances of systolic and diastolic heart functions, left ventricle myocardial hypertrophy, disturbances of arterial and venous phases of renal blood circulation. Data regarding disturbances of hemodynamics depending on the pathological process acuity, hormonosensibility and kidneys functional condition were indicated.
