The thesis describes the issues of complex development in the area of recreation and food market foundation in the region. The paper articulates the methods of managing recreation processes under the condition of marcet economy, and forming the structure and amounts of agricultural production to fill the reguirements of the region. The results of research present the way to maximize the level of self-sufficiency food production for local population and tourists,as well as adaptation of certain groups of products to particular groups of consumers.
