Kvachenyuk A. Endoscopic and endovascular interventions on adrenals at their tumors and Itzenko-Cushing's disease adrenals at their tumors and Itzenko-Cushing's disease.

Object: the patients with adrenal tumors (AT) and Itzenko-Cushing's disease (ICD). The work is aimed on investigation of clinical trend, hormonal characte- ristics, rehabilitation of patients with ICD and AT un- der influence of the minimal invasive interventions. Methods and apparatus: clinical, surgical, X-ray, hor- monal, biochemical; surgical and laparoscopic equip- ment. Theoretical and practical results: it was shown that adrenal destruction is most effective with simulta- neous chloditan-therapy, diffuse adrenal hyperplasia, definite hormonal levels and adrenal sizes. Laparosco- pic adrenalectomy (LA) is indicated for benign tumors less than 6 sm in diameter. It was recommended the cli- nical algoritm of the most effective use of destruction and LA. The new: it was proved the safety, effective- ness and several advantages of LA in ICD and AT. The level of approach: data can be used in treatment of pa- tients with surgical adrenal diseases and in lectures in medical universities. Field of applica tion: endocrino- logy, surgery.
