Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the questions of increasing clinical effectiveness of the surgical treatment for the patients with laryngeal cancer III stage, by the elaboration new effective ways of the reconstructive and restoring operations using transplantation and the evidences for them. There are described the surgical ways of recovering the main functions of larynx with using auto-, allotransplantats (hyoid bone, superficial path of thyroid cartilage, fetal dural flap). The recommendations for the practical application of the described examined methods and ways of the treatment for patients with laryngeal cancer III stages are given.
