Essay

With the purpose of development of new rust inhibitors and corro- sion-mechanical shattering (CMS) the inhibiting properties of a wasta- sion-mechanical shattering (CMS) the inhibiting properties of a wasta- ge of chemical productions - caprolactama, ammonia etc., and also synergists of derivants of imidazole (12 bridgings), on carbonaceous and low alloyed steels, and also weld joints of tube steels are investi- gated. With use of electrochemical, physico-chemical methods of the assaying and physical-mechanical trials. New protective compositions are developed. The differentiated performances of protective activity of compositions, link of chemical constitution and electronic, kinetic parameters of electrode processes of corrosion under effort and synergists adsorption with inhibiting effect are established. Became offered an estimation of the contributions of partial protective effects with the preferential contribution of block effect in a heightening low-cycle of endurance and weld joints. The resu lts of operation are introduced at the plants of the Chernigov region.
