Shalgunova S. Criminal-laws and criminologу measures prevention of bribery in Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

Об'єкт дослідження - social relations in sphere of law-protection activity concerning the prevention of bribery among the employees of Internal Affairs of Ukraine with the help of crime-laws and criminology measures. Мета дослідження - complex consideration of crime-law and criminology aspects of bribery in the organs of Internal Affairs and introduction of proposals concerning improvement of the measures against this phenomenon on the modern stage, working-out of the new methods of its prevention. Методи дослідження та апаратура - a) general-scientific (system, logic-juridical, comparative-lawful); b) proper-scientific (psychological, logical, correlative, functional, extrapolation, modeling); c) specific-sociological (interviewing, questionnaire design, investigation of criminal cases); d) statistical (observation, summarizing, grouping, analysis of indexes). Теоретичні результати і новизна - stated scientific regulations may serve as source scientific background for the further searching of criminal -law and criminological aspects of bribery, contribute to the process of further improvement of criminal-law regulations (art.168-171 of the Ukraine Criminal Code) , of the departmental standard-law base of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Практичні результати і новизна - stated proposals in it may be: a) realized during addition and improvement of acting legislation; b) taken into account during introduction of changes in statutory orders of the Plenum of Supreme Court of Ukraine about bribery and corruptional business; c) used in practical activity of the organs of Internal Affairs concerning prevention of bribery among their employees. Separate regulations and conclusions of the dissertation may be taken into account during preparation of the appropriate sections of manuals and teaching aids of "Criminal law", "Criminology and prevention of crimes", particularly in lections, in scientific-research work of the students and listeners who studying in juridical institutes of higher education of Internal Affairs system of Ukraine, during advance training of the employees of organs of Internal Affairs as well as used in materials for raising the level of population skills concerning lawful knowledge. Предмет і ступінь впровадження - methodical references have sent in central administrative boards on work with personnel and national services against economic crimes, in departments of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in regions. Ефективність впровадження - methodical references have received positive mark. Сфера використання - legislation process, prevention activity of organs of Internal Affairs, educational process.
