Essay

The character of the experimental antigen-inducing autoimmune haemolytic anaemia formation in mice on previous immunodeficiency background was studied. Immunodeficiency conductions were induced by the thymectomy, ionising radiation (1.0 and 2.0 Gy), stress or combination of this factors. Shown, that this factors define only intensity and duration of the autoimmune reactions, but they do not be able induce the development of the true autoimmune pathologic process. At the time, 137Cs "contamination" of rats in small doses (600 Bq every day), but long time (from 1 to 9 month) results in the spontaneous autoimmune haemolytic anaemia formation.
