3. The dissertation is devoted to legal regulation of agrarian products realization. Author proposes and grounds the classification of forms of agrarian products realization in conditions of agrarian reforms and transferring to the market economy. He proposes following forms of agrarian products realization: realization based on civil contracts; realization as payment for employee; realization as payment for tax duties. Author theoretically approves and proposes a system of contracts for of agrarian products selling. Dissertation contains deep analysis of Ukrainian actual law on problems of agrarian products realization. State contracts are researched. Author proposes number of changers and additions to actual law with the aim of improvement them.
