Essay

The thesis is devoted to statistics of one-dimensional process of radioactive contamination, which is non-stationary process of a shot noise with exponential impulse function. Are offered is uniform hardly consistent estimates of function and denseness of stationary distribution of this process. The approaching evaluations of parameters of process are discussed: a half-life of partiсles, intensity of receipt of partiсles, their attitude(relation), which is a parameter of a regular modification in zero of function of stationary distribution of process, and also theoretical average stationary distribution of process; their force competence (competence) and a normality is established(installed). Is proved of relative stability of a sequence of maximas of observations of process of radioactive contamination. In case of small, in the supposition of a saltus of process the optimum evaluation of an average of a saltus is offered.
