Essay

The object of studying - organizational-technological complexes, which technological and information relations are characterised. The purposes of studying - development of organizational-technological control problems hierarhical structures creation principles; development of organizational-technological control problems desicion algorithms for distributed systems. The methods of investigation - decompose methods, methods optimization problems desicion. The theoretical results - the combinal conception for procedure of organizational-technological control problems hierarhical structure creation are developed; the conception for building of optimization problems desicion two-floors algorithms. The practice results - regional gas-feeding networks mathematical models and gas-feeding solving methods programming realization are developed; electronic models of regional gas-feeding networks are developed; integrated management system of regional gas economy are developed. Novently - decomposition of gas-feedi ng sustems as management object on based and non-based modules are designed; regional gas-feeding networks mathematical model for automation creation, exploitation and modernization purposes are obtained; problems of gas-feeding into the regional gas-feeding networks are stated and solved; computer-based technology for designing of integrated informational-analytical regional gas-feeding networks management systems are developed. The degree of inculcation - integrated information-analitical regional gas-feeding networks management system for the OJSC "Kharkovgas". The field of use - organizational-technological complexes automation management systems.
