The dissertation is devoted to the problem of more effective mapping diagnosis of renal malignant neoplasms using the complex of ultrasonic examinations which includes traditional echography, color Doppler (CDM),power Doppler mapping (PDM),and impulse dopplerography (ID). The scientific work is based on the results of examinations conducted. out on 467 patients with renal malignant and benign lesions as well as one 220 healthy individuals belonging to various age groups. Revealed were age-related features of the renal architectonics and hemodynamics as ludged by the data of CDM, EDM and ID; worked out was complex echosemiotics for both renal cell cancer (RCC) and bening neoplasms The signs revealed with a use of the complex ultrasonic examination were proved to be of high efficacy in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of renal malignant neoplasms versus a majority of other renal neoplasms. Sensitivity of the method equals to 97,7%, specificity - 97,5%, accuracy - 97,6%.Therefore, the examination of pa tients with suspicion for RCC has to include CDM, EDM and ID.
