The dissertation contains the results of epidemiological, social, medico-biological and genetic risk factors investigations in adolescents with diverse manifestations of tuberculosis infection. Was showed association between carrying of HLA А11 and В12 antigens, extern forms of somatic types, high degree of stigmatization and predisposition to tuberculosis. Registration of all these risk factors, allow to form the risk group among adolescents and use the individual action of their observation.>
